Edgewood Estates has been serving the Fort Wayne area for over 40 years now. Originally, the park had about 30 lots and was surrounded by farmland. The park began an extensive expansion and development project when the current owner, Mr. Jim Mutton, purchased the park in 1995. Now, the park consists of 380+ lots, two stocked ponds for fishing, a playground, basketball court, pavilion, clubhouse and even has an active church on-site.

Edgewood Estates has always been a locally owned and operated manufactured home community. Today, the park is still owned by Mr. Mutton and his daughter, Carolyn, is the Park Manager. Carolyn prides herself on the appearance of the park, and the quality of the homes Edgewood Estates offers for either rent or for sale. To accomplish this, Edgewood Estates offers it’s tenants a full maintenance staff, a phone number for emergency maintenance issues when the office is closed, and staff to keep the grounds looking their best. We also have two employees who live in the park to handle most situations when the office is closed.
